Intro

Wayne was an Executive Consultant with Dixon Hughes Goodman PLLC. - and now with his own firm Wayne A. Youngs & Associates, Inc. for the last 12 years. Wayne specializes in the automotive industry and has been assisting car & truck dealers with process improvements, data processing cost recovery, and contract negotiations for the past 36 years. In addition, he has also been helping Dealers get Gramn- Leach –Bliley compliant by doing in-depth GLB risk assessments, helping dealers meet these new identity security procedures. He is familiar with all DMS vendors billing practices and contracts of major DMS providers such as ADP (now CDK), Reynolds & Reynolds /UCS ,Automate, Dealerbuilt and Dealertrack/Arkona. Prior to joining Dixon Hughes 19 years ago, he spent 3 years with his own dealership consulting firm and 14 years with ADP (CDK), the last 13 years as their Director of Sales in the Southwest. His initial move to West Texas in 1974 was as CFO for a large independent vertical oil and gas operation- which he managed for 10 years. Now effective April 2009 he left Dixon Hughes to working outside the CPA firm s rules and it’s restrictions on consulting work within their CPA environment. Wayne will continue to do all Dixon Hughes Goodman’s DMS and compliance work with an exclusive contract, but can also expand to new areas of interest within other CPA environments.
